Road Surface Shot Blasting Machine



Working Principle:

Mobile shot blasting machine blasts the abrasive/pills (usually steel shots and cut wire) on the road or steel surface at high speed and certain angle by the method of machinery, make pills impact the surface to make the road surface roughness, reach the effect of removing residuum,at the same time, dust collector will produce negative pressure to make pills and impurities & dust to separate, intact pills will automatically be recycled to reuse, impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box. 

Applications:

1. Surface cleaning of steel bridges, anti-corrosion coating pretreatment

2. Pretreatment of painting on the surface of horizontal steel plates-ship deck, oil platform, etc.

3. Surface treatment of concrete bridge waterproof base

4. Anti-skid treatment of pavement, bridges, culverts and tunnels, cleaning of flooding

5. Surface roughening and cleaning when pavement is covered

6. Clearing the marking line of road surface

7. Maintenance of municipal roads and expressways

8. Runway apron degumming, surface friction coefficient and texture restoration

9. Maintenance and derusting and paint removal of oil storage tank

10. Other surface treatment and maintenance
