Dust Collector Working Principle

After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the dust remover, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the effect of the air flow distribution plate, a part of the coarse particles in the air flow settle in the ash hopper under the dynamic and inertial forces; After the dust particles with fine particle size and small density enter the dust filtering chamber, the dust will be deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effect of Brownian diffusion and screening, and the purified gas will enter the air purification chamber and be discharged by the exhaust pipe through the fan.



Capture and separation process:

① Capture and transition stage. Essentially, it is the concentration stage of dust. The dust uniformly mixed or suspended in the carrier medium enters the dust removal space of the dust remover. 
② Separation phase. When the high concentration dust flow flows to the separation interface, there are two action mechanisms: first, the capacity of the carrier medium to carry dust gradually reaches the limit state. In the trend of dust suspension and sedimentation, the dust is mainly settled, and it is separated from the carrier medium through dust sedimentation; Secondly, in the high concentration dust flow, the diffusion and condensation trend of dust particles is mainly condensation. Particles can agglomerate with each other, or agglomerate and adsorb on the substantive interface.

Main Components:



Cartridge filter unit:

The single dust collector adopts the vertical chuck installation mode of filter cartridge filter, which is convenient for disassembly. Filter cartridge The material is polyester fiber filter material, and the dust above 0.3 µ m is filtered after PTFE film covering treatment The efficiency is more than 99%, and PTFE is not sticky with 99% of the world's substances



Pulse control system:

The dust cleaning method of the filter cartridge is to use pulse solenoid valve to connect the nozzle or rotary wing pulse back blowing, the working pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa, and the filter cartridge can be used after connecting the air source. The pulse solenoid valve adopts double diaphragm structure, which is sensitive in control and high in efficiency. It can be continuously injected for 1 million times or more than three years. The automatic pulse ash cleaning system consists of air cylinder, solenoid valve, controller, nozzle and compressed air.



Oil water separator:

The pulse back blowing design uses oil-water separator to pre filter the compressed air, so as to ensure that the air flow injected into the filter cartridge is dry and free of impurities. At the same time, the cylinder is equipped with a safety exhaust valve, and the compressed air in the cylinder is timely drained when necessary, so as to increase the service life of the filter cartridge on the basis of safety.
